AirTAC Shipping Policy
Processing & Estimated Delivery Times:
1.In-stock items: Processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Please contact AirTAC to confirm stock availability.
2. Custom-made products (G, T, and NPT threads): These require 7 to 15 business days for production before shipping.
3.Estimated Transit Time: As orders are shipped internationally, standard delivery typically takes 7 to 13 business days (or longer) depending on customs clearance and your local delivery network.
4.No Next-Day Delivery: Due to the nature of international shipping, we strictly do not offer next-day or overnight delivery. Please plan your orders accordingly.
5.Fulfillment: Orders may be fulfilled by warehouses located across various regions/states.
Shipping Method & Address Requirements:
1.Physical Address Required: A valid physical address is strictly required. We cannot deliver to virtual addresses, P.O. Boxes, or mail-forwarding services.
2.Default Carrier: USPS is our default final-mile shipping carrier in the US.
3.Alternative Couriers: For international orders or locations not serviceable by USPS, an alternative courier will be used to ensure delivery.
Returns Due to Delivery Issues:
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect/virtual shipping address provided by the customer, or recipient refusal, the buyer will be fully responsible for:
All original and return shipping costs incurred
Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or carrier fees
The risk of loss or damage during return transit
Carrier Substitution:
If an alternative shipping method offers a delivery time equal to or faster than USPS, AirTAC reserves the right to upgrade or change the carrier at our discretion to ensure timely delivery.
Free Shipping & Additional Charges:
1.Eligibility: Orders over $30 USD and weighing under 1.5 kg qualify for free shipping and tax exemption.
2.Oversize/Overweight Fees: Any applicable overweight or oversized fees will be notified via email within 1–5 business days.
3.Action Required: Please monitor your inbox for these notices. Failure to pay the required shipping surcharge within 10 days will result in the order being canceled.
Order Cancellation & Modifications:
1.Processing Fees: Order cancellations will incur a non-refundable credit card processing fee; therefore, a full 100% refund is not possible.
2.Modifications: Canceling items, merging orders, or modifying shipping addresses/preferences after placing the order may affect your free shipping eligibility and delivery timelines.
3.Conditions: These terms are not applicable to previous purchases. Promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice.
